Why do I need a
The 10 year warranty protects your new home from structural damage that may occur during the first ten years after your home is completed. Mortgage lenders are more likely to release funds if homes have a warranty in place, helping you to secure a mortgage.
Our warranties are recognised and accepted by most of the country’s leading banks and building societies. If you decide to sell your home before your warranty expires, your warranty is fully transferable, making your property more attractive to buyers and lenders.
